Often, I take pictures of artwork that inspires me or I’ll buy a catalog as happend with last week’s post. Then, when I scroll through my camera roll and see them, it’s like a photograph of senses and memory—who I was, why I was there, what I was thinking then—all overlapped with the present.
So here’s the work of Russian architects Alexander Brodsky and Ilya Utkin. These etchings are taken from their Projects portfolio from 1980 - 1990. I saw this at the Tate Modern in London in 2014, and it’s still one of my favorite exhibits! What do you think?
